Aims and Objectives



      1.      To unite in a common organization those professionally engaged in the interstate and intrastate real estate buisness, community and resort developers and others interested or engaged in real estate endeavors and in the general welfare of the United States of America from the standpoint of the development of its real estate and other natural resources.



      2.      To promote and encourage uniformity in the regulation of interstate and intrastate real estate and in the administration of the State and Federal laws governing these activities.



      3.      To provide a forum for the discussion of the State and Federal laws and regulations governing the sale of real estate and development between the Real Estate Industry, interested persons and government officials.



      4.      To establish and maintain liaison among those engaged in the sale and development real estate and those who administer the laws governing real estate activities.



      5.      To promote and encourage the enactment of just and reasonable laws and ordinances affecting real estate and regulating the sale thereof.
